Thank you for shopping with Petal Bliss. Here’s how we get your order to you.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders across India are delivered within 4–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹899. A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹899. Cash on Delivery, where available, may carry a small additional handling fee shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link by SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can follow your shipment’s progress there at any time.

Delays

We dispatch on time, but couriers can occasionally be delayed by weather, regional disruptions, or peak-season volume. These are outside our control, though we’ll always help you track and resolve any issue.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require re-shipping charges.
